Inspired by Rotary Alumni 1210’s successful 10-year Rotary Books4Home project, Rotary Great Britain and Ireland launched the new Rotary Books4Home Impact Days.<\/p>\n

To take part, Rotary clubs and members are invited to collect 200+ good quality, pre-read children\u2019s books which can be presented to their local school for children to take home to read and keep forever.<\/p>\n

By taking part, Rotary is helping children to develop their literacy skills and imagination by providing them with the opportunity to read at home, as well as supporting the environment – 13m+ books per year go to landfill!<\/p>\n
